PASTOR'S WEEKLY PRAYER INTENTIONS!

Send us your prayer request and it will be our joy and privilege to pray for your requests!  Your prayer intentions will be prayed for each week by our Pastor, Father Richard York; Pastor Vicar,  Father Tony; and Deacon Bob.  Prayer intentions will also be prayed for by our Adorers & Pray-ers, Bereavement Ministry, Parish Bible Study, Rosary Makers and included in our Prayer Basket delivered to the altar during each Mass.  You may wish that your prayer request remain confidential, please indicate that on the form.  Otherwise, prayer requests will also be posted on our "Pastor's Weekly Prayer Intentions" blog on our website.  This allows all of our SFOA family to pray for your intention.  If you would like to submit a prayer request or special intention, please complete the form below.

• Your Phone:  This is optional, but helpful if we have a follow-up question.
• Prayer Request:  In the 'Prayer Request Section", please included the following information:
  • NAME (of person(s) to pray for)
  • RELATIONSHIP (your relationship to them)
  • ILLNESS / DEATH / SPECIAL INTENTION (what are we praying for?)
